Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how to request deletion of data associated with Yenvora, including data processed through Meta products such as WhatsApp Business, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, Meta Business Manager, Meta apps, and related webhooks.

Request Deletion From Yenvora

  1. Email privacy@yenvora.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request".
  2. Include the workspace or business name, your email address, the relevant phone number or Meta asset if applicable, and a short description of the data you want deleted.
  3. If you are an end customer who messaged a business using Yenvora, contact that business first because it controls the conversation data. We will assist the business with deletion where required.
  4. We will verify the request, delete or anonymize eligible data, and confirm completion or explain any retention requirement that applies.

Remove Yenvora From Meta

You can also remove Yenvora or revoke access from your Meta account or business settings. Meta's interface may change, but the general path is:

  1. Open your Facebook or Meta account settings.
  2. Go to Apps and Websites, Business Integrations, or the relevant Meta Business Manager integration settings.
  3. Find Yenvora or the connected app integration.
  4. Choose Remove, Disconnect, or Revoke access.
  5. Email privacy@yenvora.com if you also want Yenvora-held data deleted.

What We Delete

Depending on the request and the requester's authority, deletion may include workspace user data, connected Meta/WABA credentials, WhatsApp Business metadata, webhook events, message records, contact records, integration records, and related operational data.

What May Be Retained

Some data may be retained where required for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, accounting, backup recovery, or legitimate business records. Deleted data may remain in backups until those backups expire through the normal cycle. Current production database backups are retained for 14 days.

Timing

We aim to acknowledge deletion requests within a reasonable period and complete eligible deletion as soon as practical after verification. Where Meta platform obligations apply, we will process eligible deletion within the timeframe required by Meta's applicable terms and policies.
